Rebuilding Woodland Gate House

The City of Cleveland, in cooperation with Woodland Cemetery Foundation, is rebuilding the historic Woodland Cemetery Gate House.  The gate house was deconstructed block by block in the early 1990’s because of safety concerns.  During construction, the Woodland Avenue Gate will be closed.

The Historic Woodland Cemetery Gate House

Access to the cemetery is available from the Quincy Avenue Gate which can be reached by going around the block either direction, via E. 66th or E. 71st.  We look forward to the Woodland Gate House returning to its former glory; and we support and applaud the City of Cleveland in this endeavor.
